Scope of Work

This project enlisted the expertise of Product Owners, UX/UI designers, Illustrators, UX researchers, and Developers, all collaborating to create a platform that helps customers assess their vendors and watch them regularly to avoid major risks and unexpected breaches.

We analysed the market to understand the problem in detail. While existing platforms like SecurityScorecard and BitSight offer robust solutions, they often lack comprehensive coverage across all critical domains and fail to provide detailed, actionable insights. These insights helped us to fill in the market gaps by offering thorough evaluations across 19 key domains and generating sophisticated reports that deliver in-depth, actionable insights and a nuanced understanding of vendor risks, making it the superior choice for customers seeking a holistic and detailed vendor assessment solution.

User Research

Based on our user research conducted with multiple IT security team, we identified that the primary problem in this landscape is the inability to find a vendor assessment solution that thoroughly covers all critical security domains while offering detailed, actionable insights. Current tools often lack comprehensive evaluations and nuanced reporting, making it difficult to fully understand and mitigate vendor risks, thereby compromising the company’s overall security posture.
