Miniture is a mobile application designed to foster holistic child development through playful learning. It offers a comprehensive library of goal-oriented activities that support learning and growth, while also simplifying mindful parenting for busy parents. By promoting meaningful parent-child engagement through interactive experiences, Miniture helps nurture every aspect of a child’s development.

Scope of Work

This project brought together Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Illustrators, UX Researchers, and Developers to create a next-generation parenting app for both iOS and Android platforms.

Product Research

We have analysed leading parenting apps, reviewed global best practices in early childhood development, and tested usability across various platforms to accommodate all parent and caregiver styles. This research, combined with insights into the evolving landscape of parenting, enables us to integrate top practices in child development seamlessly, creating a truly impactful experience.

User Research

We interviewed parents to gain insights into their daily routines, preferred learning styles, and the challenges of fitting engaging activities into their busy schedules. This process revealed key pain points and enabled us to create diverse parent profiles (e.g., tech-savvy vs. non-tech-savvy, single parents vs. partnered parents, as well as grandparents and caretakers) to address their unique needs. By focusing on the difficulties they encountered in integrating playtime into their routines, we developed personas that guided us in tailoring Miniture to offer a user-friendly experience that meets the specific needs and preferences of each group.
